De Rijke Logistics celebrates their 75th business anniversary!
Since its foundation in 1945 by Mr. Cees de Rijke as a small family business, De Rijke Group has grown from a haulage company to a full logistics service provider with a global reputation.
''75 years ago, our grandfather, Cees de Rijke, laid the foundations of the group. Our father, Leen de Rijke, built on these foundations and some years ago, we, Kees and Jeroen de Rijke took over the helm.'' - shares Mr. Kees de Rijke and Mr. Jeroen de Rijke.
Mr. Leen de Rijke tells the secret of this 75-year success as follows: ''For us, the world got smaller, rather than bigger. And this success, I’m proud to say, was a team effort. The people who work for us – not just the De Rijke family – contributed to our success. I always say: a ship needs a captain, but that ship won’t sail without a crew. I’ve always done my best to inspire people to feel part of the De Rijke family: to feel De Rijke in their yellow heart.''
