The Freight Forwarders Family Worldwide Agents Network (3F) is thrilled to announce the launch of our new initiative, the Online Quarterly Business Review (O-QBR) meetings. Starting December 04, 2024, we will begin holding these exclusive online meetings every quarter for our esteemed members.

What Are QBR Meetings?

O-QBR meetings, short for Online Quarterly Business Reviews, are designed to foster continuous growth and collaboration within our network. Online QBR meetings will be offered as part of our membership service with no additional fees.

Purpose and Benefits

The QBR meetings aim to:

• Enhance Collaboration: Strengthen business relationships and build trust with your network partners.
• Update and Align: Learn about your partners' goals and customers' needs with updated quarterly information.
• Evaluate and Plan: Recap the previous quarter, gather feedback, and discuss action plans and new goals.
• Engage and Include: Involve your employees, help them get to know network partners, and gain valuable experience.
• Identify Opportunities: Discover new expansion opportunities and action items to achieve them.

Online QBR Meeting Details

• Date: Wednesday - December 04, 2024
• Time: 08:00 - 20:00 (GMT/UTC+1) - You can join the meetings at any time during this period.
• Format: Online Face to Face Meetings Between Members

You don’t need to schedule one-on-one meetings or agenda, as our platform is fully flexible. You can select any available delegate to meet online at your convenience. The meeting platform is Remo, and a magic link will be provided for you to log in.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We will offer one sponsorship spot per QBR meeting on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details on how to become a sponsor, please contact us.

Participation Information

To ensure security and privacy, only account admins of each member company will be automatically registered for the QBR meetings. Additional delegates can be registered upon request through the Support Ticket System in the Membership-Only Area. Requests must be submitted at least one day before the event. The QBR meeting link will be sent via system notification message one day prior to the event date.
